MOEMS® provides monthly problem-solving contests for elementary and middle school students. There are two divisions; the Elementary division is for grades 4, 5 and 6, and the Middle School division for grades 6, 7 and 8.
MOEMS hopes to inspire a love for mathematics and give students an opportunity to expand and improve their problem-solving skills through their competition.

MOEMS has 5 contests, which will occur between the start of November to the end of March. You can find more information at their website.
The format of the test consists of several competition rounds outlined below. Refer to the official MOEMS website for more information.
Criteria to Qualify
There are no prerequisites to participate in this competition.
Please note, however, this is a competition students who are at most in the 8th grade.
Format
Five Olympiad Contests, each consisting of five questions, and limited to 30 minutes are held monthly from November to March. Each test may be administered in a 4-week window.
Random Math had 4 students achieve perfect scores in both Division E and M, with 8 students in or above the top 10% for Division E and 15 students in or above the top 10% for Division M.
