"I am entering my sophomore year at MIT, where I am currently taking advanced coursework in math, physics, computer science, and economics. My love for math started with numbers, and later evolved into more complicated and abstract ideas after I started doing competitive and higher math. Starting from high school, I have also gotten interested in applying these ideas in creative manners to understand the intricacies of all the phenomena (both natural and man-made) that surrounds us.
I earned a Bronze Medal on the USAMO, qualified for the USA(J)MO six times, and qualified for AIME seven times. In addition, I ranked Top 200 in Putnam, was 4th overall at PUMaC, 3rd overall at CMIMC, 5th overall at HMMT November, and 1st/2nd at several events at SMT and BMT.
I studied at Random Math from 2nd grade until 12th grade. Random Math gave me a community of like-minded individuals to work with, attend competitions with, and learn from. Improving alongside my peers and growing together, not just in math but in all areas of life, are some of my fondest memories.
Aside from improving my math skills at Random Math, my foosball skills improved to the point where I could easily defeat anyone in my college and high school.
I have been a Teaching Assistant since 2016 and an Assistant Coach since 2022. I generally teach Olympiad-level concepts for students looking to get a 12+ on AIME or a high score on the USA(J)MO."
